Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a Security Officer at Moss Industrial Estate. The role involves manning the gatehouse, delivering a welcoming customer service, patrolling the site, responding to incidents, and monitoring CCTV to ensure estate safety and security.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA licence, has a full 5-year employment history, and demonstrates strong English communication and observation skills. Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00, 45 hours/week, permanent position.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence valid.
• Full 5-year checkable employment history.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Reliable, professional and well-presented.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with incidents.

Responsibilities

• Manning the gatehouse at the entrance of the industrial estate.
• Acting as the main customer service point for visitors, contractors, and tenants.
• Monitoring and controlling vehicle and pedestrian access.
• Carrying out regular and random patrols throughout the shift.
• Responding promptly and professionally to incidents and security concerns.
• Monitoring CCTV systems and reviewing footage when requested by the client.
• Maintaining accurate incident reports and site documentation.
• Reporting any suspicious activity, security breaches, or health and safety concerns.
• Supporting the client in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
