Job summary

MTrec Ltd in Hexham is offering a new site-based role in our busy gatehouse, reporting to the site office. You will be booked onto vehicles, update information systems, and perform light administration.

Ideal candidates are comfortable answering calls, able to report problems, and keen to work in a secure, well-regarded local company with on-site parking and good transport links.

Qualifications

• Gatehouse experience preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable answering telephone calls.
• Able to report problems when required.

Responsibilities

• Book vehicles onto the site.
• Update information in computer systems throughout the day.
• Perform very basic administration and answer internal telephone calls.
• Complete daily paperwork.

The Hours You'll Work;

• Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Initially)
• However, this will go to 7:00 am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 pm - 07:00 am after a successful probation period

The Pay You'll Receive;

• £13.57 (Initially while on day shift)

The Jobs You'll Do

• This is based within the site office
• Booked vehicles on to site
• Updating computer systems within information through the day
• Very basic administration, and answering internal telephone calls on occasions
• Completing paper work on a daily basis

About You;

• Ideally have some gatehouse experience (However this is not essential)
• Comfortable answering the telephone calls
• Must be able to report problems where required
