Job summary

Plan B in London is seeking a Gate & Barrier Engineer to install, service, and troubleshoot automated gates and barriers across multiple sites. The role offers a basic salary up to £50k with overtime, a company vehicle, and a focus on health and safety, training, and career progression.

You should have experience with FAAC, BFT, CAME, HTC, Gates or Eagle Automation products, electrical qualifications, and CSCS or gate training preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAAC, BFT, CAME, HTC, Gates or Eagle Automation products.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Electrical qualifications and a solid understanding of health & safety.
• DHF Gate and Barrier training or CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on Gates & Barriers.
• Swiftly manage faults and breakdowns across multiple sites in London.
• Ensure assets and structures are maintained to high standards.
• Uphold a strong Health & Safety culture.

Role Overview:

The Gate & Barrier Engineer will work across multiple London sites, handling installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. You'll play a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly and safely.

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on Gates & Barriers etc.
• Swiftly manage faults and breakdowns across various sites.
• Ensure assets and structures are maintained to high standards.
• Uphold a strong Health & Safety culture.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience and knowledge of FAAC, BFT, CAME, HTC, Gates, or Eagle Automation products.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Electrical qualifications and a solid understanding of Health & Safety.
• DHF Gate and Barrier training or CSCS card preferred.
