The Role

As a Head Chef, you'll motivate your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You'll coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving performance and achieving excellent results.

• Dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every dish meets high standards, and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Experienced in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focused on building and nurturing your team from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Committed to creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, allowing them to flourish.
