We are looking for 3 qualified & experienced Gas Trained Plumbers to carry out a full range of Plumbing, Heating and Gas work to our varied housing stock of around 28,000 homes around Bristol.

You will be part of a busy team, working mainly in customers' homes, so you will need to have great plumbing skills as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsive Repairs are responsible for the provision of quality day-to-day repairs in tenanted homes, planned works programmes, and the refurbishment of empty homes to bring them back to a lettable standard. Our aim is to carry out the right repair first time within agreed timescales and provide a safe, secure, habitable home our tenants can be proud of.

You will require relevant trade qualifications/experience, be CSCS registered, and have a full driving licence.

The post requires a medium level of fluency. Candidates must have the ability to converse with citizens and provide complex information in accurate spoken English or through a BSL interpreter.
