Job Description:

Responsibilities for this Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader will include:

• Manage contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance
• Meet client and business KPIs
• Lead a team of engineers in domestic and commercial properties
• Delivery of works and deputise for line management
• Conduct regular asset, van stock, PPE, uniform, and vehicle inspections
• Understand contract parameters and implications
• Follow company procurement processes
• Apply escalation protocols
• Support in the field and back office with end-to-end processes

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to survey for heating installations
• Recognised formal craft qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
• Understanding of gas legislation
• Full driving license
• Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices
• Ability to manage own time and workload
• Experience in customer service and working with the public
