Job summary

Liberty Group is seeking a Gas Supervisor / Technical Team Leader in Swindon to oversee a team delivering domestic gas installation works. The role emphasizes leadership, technical guidance, and compliance with safety standards.

Essential ACS qualifications (CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT) and a full UK driving licence are required. Experience in social housing or repairs is advantageous, with opportunities for progression within the company.

Qualifications

Must have strong domestic gas experience (ACS qualifications essential).
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Excellent health and safety knowledge and compliance accountability.
Strong communication and organisational skills needed.
Willingness to lead from the front and coach an engineering team.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support a team of Gas Install Engineers.
Oversee delivery of gas installations, including boarding, surveying and installation.
Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections; sign off works.
Ensure works comply with current regulations and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and problem solving to the team.
Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance across the team.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
