Job summary

Sureserve Group is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a field-based team of Gas Engineers on domestic heating and gas maintenance contracts in Leeds. You will ensure safe, compliant, high-quality gas works while driving performance and customer satisfaction across your contracts.

You will mentor engineers, conduct audits, manage health and safety, and communicate with clients. This role requires Gas Safe qualifications, a UK driving licence, and strong leadership to deliver operational

Qualifications

• Valid CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 are essential registrations.
• Gas Safe registration is required.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in domestic gas maintenance and supervisory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to engineers, oversee complex fault diagnosis and installations, and perform quality checks.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and Gas Safe regulations are followed.
• Lead toolbox talks, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement and development.
