Responsibilities

• Servir et dépanner des chaudières dans des propriétés de logements sociaux.
• Effectuer des vérifications de chaudières et d'appareils à gaz.
• Participer aux heures supplémentaires et aux astreintes régulièrement.

Job description

Example Recruitment Group has a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's top Heating and Maintenance providers, specializing in the local authority sector. They are recruiting a Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis, based in the CM, CB postcode areas.

You will have excellent earning potential, with up to 2 hours of overtime per day and regular call-outs available.

The Role:

1. Basic salary: £42,000 - £44,000 plus call-out and overtime
2. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm (42.5 hours/week)
3. Overtime and call-out duties, approximately every 4-6 weeks
4. Servicing and breakdowns within domestic housing association properties
5. All appointments pre-booked
6. Strong skills in breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, and repair work on domestic boilers and heating systems
7. Regular overtime opportunities
8. High earning potential
9. Gas boiler and appliance checks

Requirements:

1. Experience in servicing and breakdowns of gas boilers and appliances
2. ACS qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, and CENWAT (or CEN1 and WAT1)
3. Full UK Driving Licence
4. Clean DBS
