Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd is seeking an experienced Gas Compliance Programme Manager to lead the delivery and improvement of the gas safety compliance programme across its housing stock in Wiltshire. The role requires delivering annual servicing and inspections within statutory timescales and providing assurance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing gas compliance programmes within social housing, local authority or similar property environment.
• Strong knowledge of domestic gas safety and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale gas servicing programmes across residential housing stock.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's gas safety compliance programme across its housing stock.
• Ensure all annual gas safety servicing and inspections are completed within statutory timescales.
• Oversee delivery and monitoring of gas servicing, repairs, remedial works and follow-on actions.
• Develop and maintain programme plans, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual, operational and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Gas Compliance Managers and internal teams, housing management and external contractors.
• Identify and address compliance risks, missed appointments, access issues and overdue works.
• Ensure robust access, escalation procedures and auditable records.
