Job summary

A leading property management company in Clapham is looking for two gas safety engineers to join their team. The role involves ensuring all properties are legally compliant and safe, conducting installations and repairs, and responding to emergencies. Candidates should have a UK driving license, relevant qualifications, and experience in domestic and commercial settings. Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Drivers License.
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Gas Engineer in domestic and/or commercial environments.
• Competencies including CCN1 + CENWAT (domestic) and COCN1 or CODNCO1 (commercial) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete and renew all Gas Safety Certificates (CP12 / CP4 / CP42) within legal timescales.
• Ensure full compliance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
• Service, test, maintain, and repair boilers, gas appliances, ventilation, and flues.
• Respond to gas emergencies, isolate supplies, and condemn unsafe appliances.
