Job summary

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Gas Safe registered engineer and plumber to join its internal team, delivering domestic refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects throughout South Wales.

This role covers plumbing and heating surveys, fault diagnosis, first‑fix and second‑fix installations, boiler work and central heating tasks, including bathroom and kitchen plumbing and multi‑skill duties across occupied and vacant properties.

Qualifications

• Current Gas Safe registration is required and must cover domestic gas work.
• Experience in domestic plumbing and heating, boiler service/repair.
• Ability to work across surveys, first/second fix, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Attend occupied and vacant properties in South Wales to carry out plumbing, heating and gas surveys.
• Undertake first and second fix plumbing, install and test heating systems and boiler work.
• Carry out gas safety checks, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Diagnose faults, provide remedial recommendations and ensure compliance with regulations.
