Job Description

TXM Recruit are currently looking for two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, servicing ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.

The role involves working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8 or 9 am and ending at 4 or 5 pm, and offers plenty of overtime opportunities.

Weekend work is required on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4 weekends, but it may vary).

This position requires flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked.

Salary: £40,000 per year

(Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
• Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
• Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
• Assist other team members as required.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
• Coordinate regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during absences.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
