TXM Recruit are currently looking for two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, providing services in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.

The role involves working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8 or 9 am and ending at 4 or 5 pm, respectively. There is ample overtime available.

Applicants must be prepared to work on weekends on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4 weekends, subject to variation). Flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked is required.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

(Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time and a half.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
2. Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
3. Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
4. Assist other staff members as required.
5. Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
6. Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient service delivery.
7. Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
8. Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures.
9. Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned.
