TXM Recruit are currently looking for two Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, servicing ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.

The role involves working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8-4 or 9-5, and offers ample overtime.

Applicants must be willing to work on weekends on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4, but variable) and be flexible during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

(Overtime after 40 hours paid at time and a half)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
• Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
• Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
• Assist colleagues as required.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
• Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide cover during colleagues' absences.
• Follow all company policies, especially regarding health and safety.
• Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
