Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is recruiting experienced Gas Safe Registered Domestic Gas Engineers for ongoing subcontract work with an established social housing contractor across North West & West London.

Working in occupied social housing properties, you will perform boiler installations, conversions, and heating upgrades, with gas safety checks and documentation. Applicants must have CCN1/CENWAT, a full UK driving licence and own tools, and be able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registration is required.
• CCN1 and CENWAT are minimum qualifications.
• Proven domestic boiler installation experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools and reliable approach.
• Comfortable working independently in occupied homes.
• CKR1, CPA1 and MET1 and Unvented Hot Water advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Boiler installations, replacements and conversions.
• Heating system upgrades and radiator installations.
• Gas appliance and pipework works.
• Gas safety checks, commissioning and testing.
• Fault finding and remedial works.
• Domestic plumbing and wet works.
• Toilets, taps, basins, showers and mixers.
• Leak repairs and clearing blockages.
• Completing relevant certificates and job documentation.
