Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a Subcontract Gas Service-Only Engineer to service, maintain, and ensure the safety of gas systems in social housing properties. The role is offered on a price-per-service basis and includes regular work opportunities.

The position requires proven gas service experience, appropriate certifications (CENWAT/CCN1/HTR1/CKR1), Gas Safe registration, and a valid van with tools and insurance. You will work with property managers and residents to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gas Service-Only Engineer, preferably in social housing.
• CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 - ESSENTIAL
• Gas Safe registered with relevant certifications and qualifications.
• Own Van, Tools, Insurance
• Thorough knowledge of gas appliances, systems, and safety regulations

Responsibilities
