About The Role

HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Gas Engineers to join our team! Location: Romford. Full Time - You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer, more in winter), but your pay will not change. This includes working some weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary: £51,400 + £3,000 signing bonus! HomeServe offers an industry-leading reward package to attract the best in our field:

About the role

As a Gas Repair Engineer at HomeServe, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service by undertaking maintenance and repair of gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers' homes, helping us enhance our reputation and drive customer growth.

Requirements:

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication
• Proactive, can-do attitude with keen problem-solving skills

Training & Support

Our extensive training programme will help you settle into your role. Week 1 will be at our Head Office in Walsall, covering HomeServe, health and safety, tools, and equipment. Week 2 involves shadowing an experienced Gas Engineer. We may cover accommodation and meal allowances where appropriate.
