About The Role

HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Gas Engineers to join our team!

Location

Ilford

Employment Details

Full Time - You will work an average of 40 hours per week over the year, using annualised hours (less in Summer, more in Winter), with consistent pay. This includes working some weekends and Bank Holidays.

Salary - £51,400 + £3,000 signing bonus!

About The Role

As a Gas Repair Engineer at HomeServe, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service by maintaining and repairing gas appliances and central heating systems in customers’ homes. Your role is key to enhancing our reputation and driving customer growth.

Candidate Requirements

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proactive, can-do attitude
• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Training & Support

To support your success, you will undergo comprehensive training. Week 1 is at our Head Office in Walsall, covering company policies, health and safety, tools, and equipment. Week 2 involves shadowing an experienced Gas Engineer. We may cover accommodation and meals if appropriate.
