Qualifications

• Expérience dans des bâtiments commerciaux (bureaux, écoles, commerces).
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
• Connaissances en maintenance et service de chaudières.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes de chauffage à gaz.
• Service et réparation de chaudières et salles de machines.
• Réalisation de diagnostics et tests de conformité.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

We're looking for a fully qualified Mobile Gas Engineer to carry out PPM and reactive works across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout London. This is a mobile role, so a company van or travel allowance will be provided.

Duties:

• Planned and reactive gas maintenance across multiple sites
• Boiler and plant room servicing, repairs, and breakdowns
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Compliance checks and certification (tightness testing, purging, etc.)
• Occasional basic HVAC and mechanical works (if multi-skilled)
• Accurate completion of job reports and documentation

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in commercial buildings (offices, schools, retail, etc.)
• Good fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
• Basic IT/reporting skills for job logging

• £55,000+ per annum (based on experience and certs)
