About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Gas Installer to deliver high-quality gas servicing, installations, and reactive maintenance in domestic properties. The role is vital in ensuring a high standard of performance, quality, and customer satisfaction, embodying a 'Right First Time' approach. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to industry and manufacturer standards, while minimizing disruption to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out gas servicing, installations, and reactive maintenance in line with manufacturer instructions, best practices, and relevant legislation.
2. Minimize disruption to clients and residents while completing work efficiently.
3. Apply diagnostic skills to reactive maintenance, ensuring correct parts are ordered and fitted as needed.
4. Conduct monthly tool inspections with your Gas Supervisor to maintain and replenish tools, ensuring all equipment is functional and accounted for.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:
   1. ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, MET1.
   2. Building Regulation Approved G3 Hot Water Unvented Certificate.
   3. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
2. Certifications: Gas Safe Registered.
3. Experience:
   1. Proven experience in diagnosing, fault-finding, and completing efficient repairs.
   2. Skilled in repair, servicing, maintenance, and installation of domestic gas appliances, pipework, and systems.
4. Skills:
   1. Strong ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
   2. Recent hands-on experience with domestic gas systems.
