Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled Remedial Plumber & Water Hygiene Technician to join their dynamic team. As a trusted name in water treatment solutions, they specialise in delivering exceptional services to ensure water safety and hygiene compliance across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing remedial works, including dead leg removal, valve replacements, tank modifications, and pipework repairs.
2. Conduct water hygiene maintenance tasks such as descaling taps and showers, cleaning and disinfecting cold water storage tanks, and monitoring water systems.
3. Assist with the implementation of legionella control measures in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274.
4. Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and provide detailed reports on remedial and hygiene work.
5. Collaborate with the water treatment team to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

1. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in remedial plumbing and water hygiene, including knowledge of legionella control regulations.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Full UK driving licence (essential).
6. Commitment to health and safety standards.
