Job summary

Sureserve Group PLC is seeking a qualified gas installation engineer to manage day-to-day installs within social housing in London. You will complete installations to survey specifications, adhere to client criteria and governing body regulations, and ensure all paperwork is signed off on site.

The role requires valid ACS and related gas qualifications, a full UK driving licence with minimal points, and a strong focus on delivering high levels of customer service in a diverse housing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other gas qualifications required.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Experience working with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Days-to-day management of the installation assigned.
• Complete installation to survey/specifications and client criteria.
• Report issues to installation supervisor when milestones cannot be met.
• Complete all contract-specific paperwork and gather signatures on site.
• Carry out duties professionally and in line with H&S standards.
