Job summary

PH Jones is seeking an ACS qualified Gas Installation Surveying Engineer to join our team covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week with a £45,000 per annum salary.

You will survey void properties, coordinate schedules, liaise with clients to keep SLAs, and provide technical support to improve energy efficiency. A valid driving licence and CKR1/HTR1 are required.

Qualifications

• ACS qualification CKR1 and HTR1 are required.
• Experience with Heating System Design and Install is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and surveying within void properties – may include a technical assessment of appliances on initial visit.
• Coordinate work schedule between our admin team and engineers.
• Liaising with the client to ensure void works are completed within SLAs - offering excellent customer service on every job.
• Work alongside the area manager to maintain performance and ensure correct labour resource.
• Adaptation to a wide variety of different working environments
• Providing technical support, coaching, and advice to customers about improving their energy efficiency measures
