PH Jones, part of Centrica, is seeking an ACS qualified Gas Installation Surveying Engineer to cover Burton-on-Trent and surrounding areas. The role involves surveying gas boilers and unvented hot water systems in domestic properties, coordinating with admin and engineers, and ensuring timely completion within SLAs.

You will need CKR1 and HTR1 ACS qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.

Formación

• Hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Hold a valid ACS qualification including CKR1 and HTR1.
• Have experience with Heating System Design and Install.

Responsabilidades

• Survey gas boilers for changes and full central heating installations, including unvented hot water systems and wet central heating in domestic properties.
• Coordinate work schedule between admin team and engineers.
• Liaise with client to ensure void works meet SLAs and provide excellent customer service.
• Work with area manager to maintain performance and availability of labour resources.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers on improving energy efficiency.
