Liberty Group is seeking a Gas Install Engineer in Leeds to carry out boiler replacements, central heating installs and compliant system handovers. You’ll deliver high workmanship standards with a focus on local, steady work and customer service in occupied homes.

You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing training, development, and access to company van, fuel card and equipment. A clear pathway for career progression is offered.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 gas qualifications and domestic boiler install experience.
• Experience with domestic gas boiler and central heating installations.
• Understanding of gas safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Domestic gas boiler replacements and upgrades.
• Full central heating system installations and first/second fix works.
• System commissioning and handovers to customers.
• Pipework alterations and heating system improvements.

Gas Install Engineer – Leeds

Base salary of £37,481.00| Realistic OTE up to £50,000+ per annum | Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

What the role looks like day to day

As a Gas Install Engineer, you'll be responsible for carrying out:

• Domestic gas boiler replacements and upgrades
• Full central heating system installations
• First and second fix installation works
• System commissioning and handovers
• Pipework alterations and heating system improvements
• Ensuring all installation work meets current Gas Safe and regulatory requirements

You'll work safely, professionally and efficiently, delivering high standards of workmanship and excellent customer service in occupied homes and residential properties.

The work is steady and varied, giving you the autonomy to plan your day, manage your workload and take pride in completing installations to a high standard.

You'll also participate in our out-of-hours rota, with additional standby and call-out payments available on top of your base salary.

What you'll bring

Essential

• CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1
• Experience carrying out domestic gas boiler and heating system installations
• Sound understanding of gas safety regulations and industry best practice
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating
• LPG qualifications
• Unvented Hot Water qualification
• Experience installing a range of domestic heating systems and controls
