Job summary
Sureserve is seeking an experienced gas engineer to join our busy team to carry out service and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems for our customers. The Heating Engineer will maintain and repair heating systems in client properties, ensuring safe operation and timely completion of repairs, with 40 hours per week and an out-of-hours rota as required.
A company vehicle, fuel card, and development support are provided, along with wellbeing programmes and multiple employee benefits
Qualifications
- Gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 are essential.
- Out of Hours rota including evenings and weekends.
- Friendly and professional attitude to build relationships with clients & tenants.
- Criminal and reference checks will be completed before start.
Responsibilities
- Carry out service and maintenance on domestic properties across the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer care to meet quality standards.
- Communicate updates and progress, complete paperwork electronically and manually.
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements and COSHH records.
- Assist with stock ordering and auditing to fulfil job requirements.
