Job summary

The Sureserve Group is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join Sureserve Compliance South, delivering heating services for social housing across London & South East. You will perform repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing, aiming for first-time fixes and high customer satisfaction.

Applicants must hold valid ACS gas qualifications and a Full UK Driving Licence (≤6 points). Social housing experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Gas Engineer with valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service and working with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and fault finding on gas systems.
• Complete annual servicing visits and meet first-time fix targets.
• Maintain high-quality standards and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attend jobs on time and communicate delays to contact centre.
