Job summary
Sureserve is seeking a heating service engineer to service and maintain domestic heating and hot water systems across the Coalville region. You will diagnose faults, perform planned maintenance and deliver high standards of workmanship with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Candidates must hold CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1, have a valid UK driving licence, and possess proven gas maintenance experience in domestic settings.
Qualifications
- Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 essential)
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous practical gas maintenance experience in domestic settings
- Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Professional and friendly attitude with ability to forge strong client/tenant relationships
Responsibilities
- Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region
- Ensure high levels of customer care when dealing with clients/tenants to meet quality standards
- Communicate updates and progress, complete paperwork electronically and manually
