Job summary

Sureserve Compliance North West is looking for a Gas Servicing Engineer to ensure heating and hot water systems are safe, efficient and reliable in domestic properties across Bolton. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and planned maintenance with a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

You will need valid gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1), a valid UK driving licence and solid experience in domestic gas maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
• Valid UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually
