Job summary

Sureserve is seeking a Domestic Gas Engineer to join our Salisbury team, covering DT, BH, SP postcodes. You will service and maintain heating and hot water systems, diagnose faults, and provide high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service during each visit.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on-call requirements. You must hold valid domestic gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1), a UK driving licence, and domestic gas experience.

Qualifications

• Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1) essential.
• UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous practical gas maintenance experience in a domestic setting.
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Professional, friendly attitude with ability to build relationships with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants to meet quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing paperwork electronically and manually.
