Job summary

Sureserve is seeking a Gas Engineer in Gloucester to ensure heating and hot water systems operate safely and reliably in domestic homes. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and carry out planned maintenance while delivering high workmanship and excellent customer service at every visit.

This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week with on-call requirements. A valid UK gas qualification set and driving licence are essential, along with experience in domestic gas maintenance.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 are essential qualifications.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in gas maintenance within a domestic setting.
• Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care while meeting quality standards.
• Communicate progress and complete paperwork electronically and manually.
