Job summary

Start Monday is seeking a Gas Engineer to service and fault-find on commercial laundry equipment across client sites, based from home with nationwide travel. Training will be provided to those with ACS Gas certification.

Role includes on-site servicing for care homes, universities and accommodation blocks. The package rewards a basic salary around £39k–£40k with standby and a £2k annual bonus, plus overtime, travel paid, a company van, and generous holiday allowance.

Commercial Laundry Appliance Gas Engineer

Commercial Laundry Equipment Training if your a ACS Gas Engineer

Are you ACS Gas qualified? Or a Laundry Engineer, White Goods Engineer, Domestic Appliance Engineer with Gas? Can use a multi meter? A national player in the Commercial Laundry Equipment market, are seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join their team.

Working on Commercial Laundry Equipment. you will undertake service, breakdown &fault-finding on a wide range of commercial gas appliances & commercial laundry equipment.

Commercial Laundry equipment training provided to those who possess ACS Gas certification.

Areas include: Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Herts, Beds, Bucks, Kent & London

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Gas ACS qualified
• Field Service Engineer experience
• Ideally with some electrical knowledge and Multi Meter experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

Advantageous:

• Experience working on commercial laundry brands such as Miele, Electrolux, Girbau, JLA
• Experience working on domestic appliances such as Beko, Whirlpool, Haier, Bosch, Fisher Paykel, Hotpoint, Smeg, etc.

THE ROLE

Based from home, you will undertake service, breakdown &fault-finding on a wide range of Commercial Laundry equipment within their clients premises including care homes, universities, student accomadation, etc.

Relevant and on-going manufacturer/product training will be provided to candidates with Gas experience.

HOURS & REMUNERATION

Earnings of £45-50K+ based on:

• Basic Salary: £39,000 to £40,000 negotiable
• Standby: £900paBonus: £2000pa (paid £500 a quarter)
• Overtime Payments - Paid at x1.5 Mon - Sat and x2 for Sundays
• Paid travel
• Company Van with private use
• 33 days holiday - 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
