FM Search & Select are recruiting a Domestic Gas Engineer for a facilities management provider across Scotland. This role covers mobile maintenance across social housing and commercial contracts, offering opportunities to gain commercial gas qualifications.

The position is permanent, full-time, with a salary up to £40,000 DOE and a 1 in 5 on-call rota. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified Domestic Gas Engineer.
• Current ACS domestic gas qualifications.
• Experience in servicing, maintenance and fault finding.
• Experience in social housing or Facilities Management is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Keen to develop skills and gain commercial gas qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned and reactive gas maintenance across social housing and commercial contracts.
• Service, fault find and repair domestic gas appliances and heating systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns and complete necessary repairs.
• Undertake general heating maintenance across social housing properties.
• Support maintenance works across commercial contracts.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with current gas regulations.
• Participate in a 1 in 5 on-call rota.

Domestic Gas Engineer – Central Belt

FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Engineer on behalf of an established Facilities Management provider operating across Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer looking for a mobile maintenance role with the added opportunity to gain commercial gas qualifications, fully supported by the company.

The Role

Working across a mixture of social housing and commercial contracts throughout the Central Belt, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive gas maintenance.
• Servicing, fault finding and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems.
• Diagnosing breakdowns and completing necessary repairs.
• Undertaking general heating maintenance across social housing properties.
• Supporting maintenance works across commercial contracts.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with current gas regulations.
• Participating in a 1 in 5 on-call rota.
