Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to service domestic gas boilers and heating systems on a permanent basis. You will diagnose faults, carry out first-time fixes when possible and perform safety inspections in line with Gas Safe regulations.

You will receive a fully equipped company vehicle with a fuel card, access to ongoing technical support, and opportunities for career progression, with salary in the £45k-£52k range plus bonus and overtime.

Qualifications

• Current ACS Gas Qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1).
• Experience in domestic gas service and repair.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide range of gas appliances.
• Carrying out first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Completing safety inspections and ensuring all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service during every visit.
• Accurately recording work completed using a handheld device.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance.

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineers to join a leading national provider of home services. This is a permanent opportunity for engineers who take pride in delivering first-class customer service while carrying out high-quality servicing, fault finding and repairs on domestic gas appliances.
