Job summary

Gas Engineer role in Boston for a social housing provider via Hamilton Woods Associates. You will carry out repairs, renewals, installs and safety checks in tenanted and void properties.

You'll work with the compliance team to ensure safety, utilise a PDA, complete paperwork, and maintain tenant satisfaction in a permanent on-site position requiring a UK driving license and gas tickets CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence is required.
• Relevant gas tickets: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1.
• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Gas & Plumbing.

Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer include

• Working within tenanted and void social housing properties
• Carrying out repair, renewal, installs & safety checks
• Ensuring tenant satisfaction
• Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
• Utilising a PDA
• Completing necessary paperwork

Requirements of the Gas Engineer include
