Qualifications

• Valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience in domestic servicing and boiler maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Excellent customer service and professional approach.
• Able to work independently in occupied social housing properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks.
• Complete planned maintenance visits in line with compliance standards.
• Ensure appliances operate safely and efficiently according to Gas Safety regs.
• Record and update job information using company systems.
• Identify and report any follow-up work during visits.
• Maintain high workmanship, safety, and customer care.
• Coordinate appointments with residents and planning teams.
• Work independently, managing daily workload efficiently.

Role Responsibilities – Service Engineer (No Repairs Focus)

• Carry out annual boiler servicing and landlord gas safety checks across social housing properties
• Complete planned maintenance visits in line with compliance and safety standards
• Ensure all appliances are operating safely and efficiently in accordance with Gas Safety regulations
• Record and update job information accurately using company systems
• Identify and report any additional defects or follow-up work required during service visits
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care at all times
• Communicate clearly with residents and the planning team regarding appointments and visit outcomes
• Work independently, managing your daily workload efficiently

Ideal Candidate

• Valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications
