Job summary

Pollution Monitors UK Pollution Monitors Ltd is seeking a Junior Technical Sales & Projects Coordinator to support quotation preparation for gas detection systems, assist the Project Co-ordinator and AutoCAD team, and help with project documentation and technical information. This role offers mentoring and structured training in Stage 3 and Stage 4 design processes and layouts.

Qualifications

• Interest in technical products and engineering solutions.
• Willingness to learn gas detection systems and Stage 3/4 design processes.
• AutoCAD experience preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for gas detection systems and related products.
• Review specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Support the preparation of technically compliant and competitive proposals.
• Follow up quotations and assist in converting opportunities into orders.
• Maintain CRM records and quotation pipeline updates.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers and stakeholders.
• Assist in gathering and coordinating technical information for project submissions.
• Attend site project meetings when required.
• Support technical query resolution and timely documentation.
