Job summary

Energas, part of the Air Liquide Group, is hiring a Driver in Middlesbrough to safely operate heavy goods vehicles, manage multi‑drop deliveries, and uphold safety and regulatory standards. You will handle load security, vehicle upkeep, and essential paperwork while delivering high‑quality service to customers and depots.

The role requires a valid LGV C license, Driver CPC, and ADR certification, with strong numeracy, literacy, and a commitment to health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have LGV C (HGV 2) license with clean driving record
• Valid Driver CPC Card (Driver CPC)
• ADR qualification
• Good health and fitness for manual handling of cylinders

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy goods vehicles for multi‑drop deliveries to customer sites and depots
• Maintain load and vehicle security and ensure ADR compliance
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance checks
• Complete daily documentation: tachograph charts, fuel logs, signatures, payments when required and adhere to WTD rules
