Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd in Bromley seeks a Gas Compliance & Servicing Manager to own the operational coordination of domestic gas servicing and reactive repairs across social housing contracts.

You will supervise a team of Servicing and Repairs Coordinators, drive scheduling efficiency, ensure LGSR compliance, and manage client portals and billing processes while maintaining high service standards. The role focuses on safe, compliant, and timely gas servicing across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in gas, heating, or building maintenance contracting with social housing or local authority exposure.
• Experience supervising dispatchers, planners, or coordinators.
• Knowledge of domestic gas servicing cycles, LGSR documentation, and Gas Safe regulations.
• Proficiency with field management software and client portals (SimPro, NEC, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Servicing and Repairs Coordinators and supervise daily workloads.
• Coordinate scheduling across domestic servicing programmes, urgent breakdowns, and follow-on repairs.
• Oversee LGSR turnaround times and ensure documentation is uploaded to client portals within SLAs; manage audit actions.
• Oversee works orders for void properties; lead weekly operational meetings; monitor WIP and overdue queues.
• Support monthly billing, raise chargeable works, and submit payment applications.
• Act as senior point of contact for housing associations, resolving escalations professionally.
• Maintain precise records and job statuses across SimPro, NEC, and client portals.
