Job summary

Zuno invites applications for a Gas Technical Auditor based in our Leeds Office. The role focuses on auditing installations to ensure compliance with current regulations and manufacturer standards, with strong emphasis on communication and cross-department support.

The successful candidate will audit, advise, and train staff, while keeping detailed records and contributing to continuous improvement across Compliance, Aftercare, and Operations.

Qualifications

• ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT)
• Desirable: unvented hot water, LPG, other appliances
• Minimum 5 years gas experience (installation, repair, service of domestic gas boilers)
• Field supervision or management experience desirable
• Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to engineers during onsite installations via phone and live chat.
• Support Compliance and Aftercare with technical queries.
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing solutions, advice and reassurance.
• Conduct desktop audits of completed installations, identify compliance issues, and arrange engineer re-attendance when required.
• Keep the Zuno admin platform updated with technical information, recommendations and job records.
• Review internal and external audit findings and support continuous improvement.
• Train colleagues on processes and procedures, including how to report gas leaks.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and positive outcomes.
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be a supportive team player with strong verbal, written and IT skills.
• Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional duties as required by management.
