Job summary

A leading heating solutions provider is seeking a Gas Breakdown Engineer to cover Norwich. Responsibilities include conducting service calls and maintenance of gas appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the operations team. The role offers a basic salary of £32,500, with potential earnings of up to £40,000 including overtime. Additional training and career advancement opportunities are provided after a 6-month probation period. This is a permanent, full-time position with standard hours of 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have proven experience with CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1 as a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-planned service calls of gas appliances.
• Attend reactive repairs calls of gas appliances.
• Perform maintenance on heating systems and appliances.
• Work with the operations team for successful installations.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction.
