Location: Hammersmith & Fulham

Role Description: We are currently recruiting for a Contract Domestic Gas Quality Control Auditor to cover Hammersmith and Fulham, working 5 days per week (Monday-Friday). This role involves quality control inspections on works carried out for social housing providers. Auditors will review landlord gas safety records issued by gas contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

• Turning up and verifying the engineer’s ID / Gas Safe Card with tenants.
• Assessing the politeness and presentation of the engineer.
• Ensuring a copy of the LGSR is left by the engineer.
• Checking boiler and performing Gas Rate and FGA on max to verify readings.
• Conducting visual checks on PRV termination, condensate, room thermostat installation.
• Inspecting radiators and TRVs if installed, checking pipework is clipped, and performing tightness tests if necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A full suite of ACS qualifications, including at minimum: CCN1, CENWAT (CEN1, WAT1), HTR1, CKR1, and CPA1.
• Detailed knowledge of gas appliances and central heating systems.
• Understanding of Normative Documents and Gas Safety Regulations 1998.
• Good communication skills.
• Full driving license, own tools, and vehicle.

Experience:

• Heating: 5 years (required)
• Social Housing: 2 years (required)
• Auditing/Inspecting: 1 year
