Qualifications

• Familiarité avec SOX, ISO 9001, ou d'autres cadres réglementaires.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Insurance Auditor

• Location: Fully remote in the UK

We’re hiring an Auditor to work with a high-impact, compliance-driven team supporting a global platform transforming the way people travel, connecting millions with unique stays and authentic experiences.

In this role, you’ll perform operational audits, assess third-party administrator compliance, and ensure consistent standards across internal policies and insurance agreements.

You’ll work cross-functionally to improve processes, mitigate risk, and uphold best-in-class compliance practices. This is a role for a detail-driven, independent professional ready to make an impact from day one.

What you'll do:

• Identify risks, drive process improvements, and support Airbnb's operational excellence through audits of TPA operations, ensuring adherence to service agreements, policies, and controls.
• Review claim lifecycle, payment records, service level agreements, and partner documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

What You’ll Need:

• 2–5 years in insurance auditing, compliance, or claims operations
• Background in insurance, risk management, or auditing
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Familiarity with SOX, ISO 9001, or other regulatory frameworks
