Job summary

Liberty Gas Group in Nether Stowey, Somerset seeks a qualified Gas Engineer for Bridgwater and surrounding areas. You will service gas systems, perform minor repairs, and operate on a rota for out-of-hours calls.

You’ll work to safety regulations and provide outstanding customer service in varied appointments. The role offers uncapped earnings with a company van, fuel card, and strong benefits, plus 23 days leave, DBS checks, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• ACS gas qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
• Full UK driving license.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules.
• Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public.
• Solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards.
• Ability to manage time and workload independently.
• Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented, Oil, ASHP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Completion of annual gas servicing and minor heating repairs in line with health and safety guidelines and gas safety regulations.
• Available for out-of-hours call-outs on a rota basis.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction and safety.
• Report and complete works using PDA.
• Report accidents, near-misses and potential hazards.
• Be flexible with a wide range of customers and schedules.

Your Role:
