Job summary

Hexagon Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our client's team in the Mold area. The role focuses on maintaining and improving outdoor spaces across domestic and commercial sites, with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will have practical landscaping experience, a full, valid driving licence, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Practical experience with hedge cutting, weed spraying, hard landscaping and soft landscaping.
• A full, valid driving licence.
• Good level of physical fitness.Reliable, punctual and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
• A professional approach when working at customer and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Hedge cutting and general grounds maintenance.
• Weed spraying and weed control.
• Hard landscaping, including paving, edging and other groundwork.
• Soft landscaping, including planting, turfing and general garden maintenance.
• Using landscaping tools and equipment safely.
