Job summary

A24 Group Limited is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens. The role offers flexible hours, including weekends, with a pay starting from £13.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Applicants should have cleaning experience or a readiness to learn, and be capable of manual tasks. Own transport is advantageous due to location.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas across the estate.
• Replenish and tidy public and staff spaces including offices, restrooms, dining areas and outdoor spaces.
• Report maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management promptly.
• Adhere to health, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times.

Cleaner – Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens

Contract Type: Full time or part time
Salary: From £13.00 per hour, depending on experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across the estate.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Must be hands on and take full ownership of the site's cleaning standards
• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (including weekends)
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and replenishing of public and staff areas such as outside areas, corridors, offices, restrooms, and dining spaces
• Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying
• Own transport would be advantageous due to the location
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management
• Strictly adhere to health & safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously
