Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds to high standards, safe and tidy
• Tend flowerbeds, shrubs and trees, plant and nurture flora
• Care for equipment and fencing, ensure good working order
• Clear snow and ice in winter for safety
• Use garden chemicals in line with COSHH regulations
• Adapt schedule to residents' needs with patience and empathy
• Collaborate with team to create a positive environment for residents
• Assist Maintenance Manager with maintenance needs
