Lincroft Meadow care home provides expert 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 70 elderly residents. The home offers private ensuite bedrooms, communal areas, restaurants, a café, cinema, hair salon, and private dining rooms.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen, hardworking gardener with general DIY skills to support our care home. As a gardener, you will maintain and develop the gardens to promote a relaxing environment for residents, support activities and wellbeing teams in gardening activities, and participate in garden initiatives and competitions. You will also be responsible for clearing pathways, maintaining garden furniture, and general safety and maintenance work.

• Proven experience in gardening and seasonal planting
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of gardening machinery and general DIY skills
