Job Details

• Salary: £28,808 - £31,390 per annum
• Location: Rainham - Orchard Village and all across North London
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good knowledge of a wide range of plants and their growing requirements, including experience in soft & hard landscaping or willingness to learn
• Communicate effectively with residents and the public
• Deliver high-quality Grounds Maintenance / Gardening services to residents of Clarion Housing Group to enhance the environment
• Carry out seasonal maintenance programmes adhering to horticultural standards
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines and best practices when using equipment to ensure safety and quality

Requirements

• Applicants must hold a full manual UK driving license
• Must be able to travel across the region as required
• Must hold a full valid manual UK driving license, as a company van will be provided for work use only
